Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Non-returnable items:
- Customized products unless there is a printing or manufacturing error.
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [insert contact email] with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
For items lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address you receive after you email support.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
